John Masterson's Series 1 Lotus 30. This is the car that Jim Clark drove to 3rd place at the Oct. 11, 1964 RIVERSIDE Los Angeles Times Grand Prix Pro FIA race.

All these photos were taken at the Monterey Grand Prix at Laguna Seca on the following weekend, October 18, 1964. Unfortunately, John's car stun out of control and crashed during practive for the race. John was seriously injured, but recovered fully.

This car is believed to be chassis 30/L/2 or 30/L/3.
